I used one of my favorite stamps from Stampin' Up, stamping it twice on gray-toned sketch paper. I added a little color and shading with Prismacolor gray and white pencils to keep a 'masculine' feel to the card. The sentiment is also from the same "Wetlands" SU set.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful Memorial Weekend!

I love this SU stamp set and love what you've done with it, very nice card. Love your fur-team too :)
ReplyDeleteAnn, I love your gorgeous, elegant card! Perfectly CAS and I love the shading. Thanks for playing along with CASology this week!
ReplyDeleteI giggled about your puppies. Tex is forever stalking mourning doves and the occasional heron but never even gets close! :)
Ann, you are right...those birds do take off pretty fast when being chased! Love your kraft card base - reminiscent of sand - and your pretty reflections in the water! Thanks for joining us at CASology this week!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful CAS scene, Ann, and all that 'white' space creates such a reflective tone. This card takes me to one of my favourite holiday destinations. Sandpipers skitting across the estuary shores in Augusta is a wonderful sight! So glad you could join us at CASology this week!
